Honma Soken's medical treatments observed and recorded by his pupils, Kawamata Makoto and others, stating the causes, symptoms, surgeries, treatments, prescriptions, and case reports of various diseases, such as gangrene, lumps, external injuries, and skin diseases, with colored illustrations of diseases added.

本間棗軒の医療を門人川又誠等が見聞し記錄したもの. 脫疽・血瘤・肉瘤・外傷・瘡などの病因・症状・手術法・治療法・処方・治験例を記し, 着色図を付す.
