- RBC copy has "Jininshitsu zōhon" stamped in red on leaf 1 recto. Cover (bound in) has library slip with text: "Ō [or Jū?] Shibayama-tō ka Jininshitsu mongai fushutsu".
- RBC copy has "慈忍室藏本" stamped in red on leaf 1 recto. Cover has library slip with text: "往 [or 住?] 芝山塔下慈忍室門外不出".
- RBC copy front inside cover has holographically written title: "Shih t'an tsz ki (Japonicé Sitan dji ki) : Record of the Shitan letters", with summary and description of contents in English. Some English ms. notes in pencil throughout text to indicate Siddham pronunciations and references.
