Examines mental health parity provisions of P.L. 111-148, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (PPACA), which expand the reach of the applicability of Federal mental health parity requirements previously enacted; and create a mandated benefit for the coverage of certain mental health and substance abuse disorder services in a number of specific financing arrangements.
