Summary:

Provides an overview of the tobacco Master Settlement Agreement (MSA), which settles State and other lawsuits against tobacco manufacturers and contractually imposes restrictions on tobacco advertising, marketing, and promotion and requires the manufacturers to make annual payments totaling about $200 billion through 2025.
