- 'An abstract of the act' and 'An exact table of fees' have separate titlepages, pagination, and registers; 'An exact table' is "The fourth edition, with additions", with imprint: "Printed by the assigns of Richard and Edward Atkins, Esquires; for John Walthoe"; 'An abstract' has imprint: "Printed by Charles Bill, and the executrix of Tho. Newcomb: and sold by J. Walthoe".
