Letter from the secretary of state, [electronic resource] : inclosing abstracts of all the returns made to him by the collectors of the different ports, of registered seamen, and of impressed seamen; together with a report, exhibiting abstracts of the communications received by him from the agent employed by virtue of the "Act to revive and continue in force certain parts of the act for the relief and protection of American seamen, and to amend the same," made in pursuance of the said act. 12th December, 1800, ordered to lie on the table.
