- Summary:
- The goal of this case study is to describe the importance of intersectional research and to familiarize readers with both the practical challenges to and possible strategies for conducting intersectional research. The case study is targeted at any student or researcher interested in learning about research with diverse populations, and it would be particularly helpful for individuals interested in conducting research with these populations. We present these topics within the framework of a study assessing the role of intersectional identity on job satisfaction among professional leaders. Background research on marginalization among professional leaders is also discussed.
