Particulars and conditions of sale of a valuable freehold estate, situate in that part of the county of Durham called North Bishoprick, seven miles from Berwick upon Tweed, consisting of the manor and township of Duddoe : with several compact farms, with their requisite buildings, containing in the whole about one thousand six hundred and eighteen acres, of the supposed annual value of one thousand four hundred and eleven pounds, which will be sold by auction, on Tuesday, September 30th, 1788, at twelve o'clock, at the house of Mr. Parker, King's Arms, Berwick upon Tweed, in four lots.
