Reasons against the bill for the more easy and speedy recovery of small debts, within the City of London and liberties thereof, as the same tends to erect a new judicature, and humbly representing that the extending the jurisdiction of the present court of conscience, and preventing the removal of causes from the mayor and sheriffs courts of the said city, will more effectually answer the title of the said bill.
