Northampton shire wonder : being a very true and strange relation how one Mr. Henry Write, Minister of Ludford, who to the appearance of all beholders, lay dead for above eight and forty hours together, and being carried in his coffin to the parish church in order to be buried, just as the Minister had concluded his funeral sermon, he made a great noise in the coffin, which being opened, he was found alive, to the wonderful amazement of all then present : who after he had been a little revived in bed, he related many strange things which he had seen, during his being in that trance in the other world : to which is added, the sermon, which he preached himself when he came out of his trance, to those who were invited to his funeral, Psal. 89, 48, What man is he that liveth and shall not see death.
