In the House of Lords, Henrietta and Janet Sinclairs, lawful daughters procreated between James Sinclair of Harpsdale and the now deceased Mrs. Marjory Sinclair, eldest lawful daughter of the deceased David Sinclair of Southdun, by Mrs. Marjory Dunbar, his second wife, and William Sinclair Wemyss Esquire, husband to the said Henrietta, and Benjamin Williamson Esquire, husband to the said Janet, for their interests, and James Sinclair of Duren, trustee for the deceased Mrs. Katharine Sinclair, who was the only other daughter of the second marriage of the said David Sinclair of Southdun, appellants, Dr. Stuart Threipland, physician in Edinburgh, and others, respondents, the respondents' case.
