Act for vesting part of the settled estate of William Hoskins, Esquire, deceased, in the counties of Surry and Kent, in trustees, to be sold for discharging money due upon a mortgage of his estate in Kent, called Hethenden Farm, and other debts and incumbrances, and for settling the said estate called Hethenden Farm, so disincumbered, to and for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.
