Trial of John Donellan, Esq : at the assizes at Warwick, on Friday the 30th of March, 1781, before Mr. Justice Buller : for the murder (by poison) of Sir Theodosius Boughton, Bart, at Lawford-Hall, in that county, on the 29th day of August last : of which crime he was capitally convicted, and sentenced to be executed on Monday the 2d of April.
