At a meeting of several of the owners and occupiers of the low lands in the county of Lincoln, cultivators of oats, and the merchants and traders dealing in the said commodity, holden at the Peacock Inn in Boston, in the said county of Lincoln, on Wednesday the fourteenth day of January, 1778, to consider of an immediate application to Parliament for the alteration of the price which is now fixed for the importation of foreign oats.
