York, Tuesday, Dec. 1, 1795, the freeholders of Yorkshire are respectfully informed that the address to the King, and the petition to both Houses of Parliament agreed to at the meeting in the Castle Yard this morning, lies for signatures in the courts there, at the York-Tavern, and at the George Inn.
