Particulars and conditions of sale of the unexpired term of eleven years of the much improved lease of a compact farm, called Wood Barn Farm, situate, lying, and being in the parish of Little Marlow, in the county of Bucks, in the occupation of the late Alexander Wynch, Esq, deceased. Which will be sold by auction, (by order of the executors) by Mess. Christie and Ansell, on the premises, on Monday, November 19, 1781, at 11 o'clock. The premises consist of the unexpired term of eleven years from Michaelmas, 1781, of the much improved lease of the above farm, containing a good farm house, with every necessary out-house, two large barns, stabling for eleven horses, cart sheds, &c. cow-house, wood-house, lime-house, poultry-house, piggery, drying ground, large garden, excellent orchard, and sundry inclosures, &c. containing in the whole about 211 acres, in high manurage, and the buildings in substantial repair; are subject to a net-rent of about 80£. free and clear of land-tax.
