Act for altering and enlarging the powers of an act, made in the thirteenth year of the reign of His present Majesty, intituled, An act for deepening, cleansing, and making more commodious, the harbours of the town of Greenock; for supplying the inhabitants with fresh and wholesome water; and for paving, cleansing, lighting, and watching the streets and other publick places within the said town.
