I take the liberty to acquaint [blank] that I have undertaken the construction of a globe of 32 feet in diameter, with which I intend to ascend, as soon as compleated, to make the most interesting experiments, especially that of going many miles before the wind, and keeping the globe constantly not higher than a gun shot; previous to my constructing the great machine for direction.
