To all humane and benevolent persons to whom this may be presented, we, whose names are hereunto subscribed, do recommend the petitioner Mr. John Children, whom we believe to have been most inhumanely and unjustly treated, in a manner hardly to be paralled, which he has more fully explained in a narrative that he has wrote of the particulars of his case.
