Cross appeal : appendix to the respondents case : the following exhibits, proved to have been found amongst the family writings, are part of the evidence laid before the Master and the Court, in relation to the demands upon the Monks, and a reference to these at large appearing to be necessary, it was thought proper to print them by way of appendix.
