Lord Lieutenant and Privy Council of Ireland have issued a proclamation declaring that they have received information upon oath, that Lord Edward Fitzgerald has been guilty of high treason, and offer a reward of £1000 sterling, to any person who shall discover, apprehend, or commit him to prison.
