Act for vesting part of the settled estates of William Poyntz, Esquire, in trustees, to be sold for discharging incumbrances affecting the same, and for applying the remainder of the money thereby raised in the purchase of other lands, tenements, and hereditaments, to be settled to the uses to which the said estates stood settled, and for other purposes therein mentioned.
