This indenture made the twenty-fifth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety-nine between Samuel Clowes the younger of Broughton in the county of Lancaster esquire surviving devisee in fee of the real estate late of John Gore Booth late of Salford in the said county esquire deceased under his last will and testament upon the trusts therein mentioned of the first part Sir Booth Gore of Russel Place Charlotte Street in the parish of Saint Pancras in the county of Middlesex baronet nephew and heir at law and also cestuique use of the said real estate late of the said John Gore Booth of the second part Thomas Hewitt of Ardwick in the said county of Lancaster gentleman of the third part and William Hawkes of Chorlton Row in the said county of Lancaster clerk of the fourth part.
