Particulars of a further part of the valuable and very desirable freehold estates (which are discharged from the payment of tythes of corn, grain, and hay) belonging to the Right Hon. Lord Onslow, most eligibly situate at Thames Ditton, Weston Green, Cobham, Esher, and Stoke Dabourn, in the county of Surrey : comprising an extensive tract of land of uncommon richness, laid out in beautiful inclosures, part adjoining the River Thames, having direct access to excellent roads, and immediately opposite Hampton Court : several most compact farms in the highest state of culture, with suitable buildings and conveniences : a dwelling house and four cottages, with gardens, five large ponds of fine water, and the manor, or reputed manor of Haywood, occupying a spacious, delightful summit, used as a rabbit warren, abundantly stocked and of great extent, the whole containing upwards of 400 acres : now in the possession of Messrs. Fitzwater, Wheatly, Smith, Jelly, Slemmick, Dally, Brown, Stokes, and others : which will be sold by auction, by Mr. Skinner, on Thursday the 9th of July, 1778, at Garraway's coffee-house, 'Change Alley, Cornhill, at twelve o'clock, in twenty lots : the respective lots may be viewed on application to the tenants, of whom printed particulars may be had, also, of Messrs. Chandler and Sibthorpe, attornies, Guildford, of Mr. Butler, no. 10, Southampton Row, Bloomsbury, and of Mr. Skinner, Aldersgate-street, London, at which places sketches of the different lots may be seen.
