Copy of the bill, intitled, An act for indemnifying such persons as shall, upon examination, make discoveries touching the disposition of publick money, or concerning the disposition of offices, or any payments or agreements in respect thereof, or concerning other matters relating to the conduct of Robert Earl of Orford : with the Lords protest thereon ; to which is added, The state of the national debt, provided or unprovided for by Parliament, as it stood on the 31st of December 1740, and on the 31st of December 1741; together with an account of the produce of the sinking fund in that year, and the payment of what debts contrcted before the 25th day of December 1716, the said fund hasa been applied.
