State of the process of declarator, Robert Forbes surgeon in Nairn, and others, who are admitted by the defenders to be burgesses of the borough of Nairn, against Sir Hector Monro of Novar, provost of the said borough, Alexander Hay, Alexander Brodie, and John Rose, bailie thereof, and the haill other members of the town council of said borough, elected the 23d day of September 1782, and John Fraser, servant to the said Alexander Hay, acting as common clerk of the said borough.
