Steele notation: Arms 167 of and them-. No press figure. Unpriced. Steele (no. 4523) says "B under" and refers to BL copy 21.h.4(101) but this copy does not have any press figure. This BL copy therefore regarded as not Steele 4523, which is reported as extant elsewhere. E's Crawford royal proclamations 911 is the same as BL's copy, without "B"
