Proprietors and principal inhabitants of the county of Aberdeen having met, in consequence of a public call in the Aberdeen Journal, and having made choice of the sheriff of Aberdeenshire as their preses, proceeded to take into consideration the present situation of the county, and after having reasoned and deliberated thereon at great length, agreed unanimously to the following resolutions.
