Houswife's guide, or, The young weaver's instructor, in making of plain cloth, holland, damask or diaper linen, and carpets : containing, sundry tables, shewing what quantity of yarn is required to make any number of yards of each sort of cloth, from 1 to 50 yards, and from 20 cuts in the pound to 120, of all the various breadths : to which is annexed, a table of the difference between English and Scotch yarn, by which both sorts are equated to a ten quarters reel : also directions for boiling of yarn, &c.
