To be sold by auction, at Mrs. Hooton's, in the village of Devynnock, on Thursday the seventeenth day of December 1795, between the hours of three and four in the afternoon, subject to the conditions then produced, (or in the mean time by private contract,) all the messuage, tenement and lands, called Tir Howell-Pibidd, situate in the parish of Devynnock, now let to David Lewis and Rees Jones, tenants from year to year, at the clear yearly rent of 18l. 10s. with a right of common on extensive hills.
