He has published over 350 papers and is ranked among the world’s top 2% most cited scientists for long-term career impact. Manuel Woschank is Deputy Head of the Chair of Industrial Logistics at Montanuniversitaet Leoben and Visiting Professor at Chiang Mai University and the University of Latvia. His research focuses on logistics systems engineering, production planning, circular engineering, and engineering education. Emmanuel Francalanza is an Associate Professor at the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Malta. His research interests range from digital manufacturing to the implementation of AI and collaborative robotics in industrial automation systems. Helmut Zsifkovits is Professor and Programme Director of Industrial Logistics at Montanuniversitaet Leoben. He has professional experience in automotive industry and logistics consultancy. His research interests include logistics systems engineering, supply chain strategy and operations management. Patrick Dallasega is Associate Professor of Project Management and Factory and Plant Planning at the Faculty of Engineering of the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. His research focuses on Industry 4.0 / 5.0, digitalization, digital twin modeling, extended reality, and digital factory planning. Johannes Fottner became Professor of Logistics Engineering at Technical University of Munich in 2016 after leadership roles in intralogistics industries. His work focuses on automated logistics systems, material flow, construction processes, and circular economy approaches.
