To the Select and Common Councils of the city of Philadelphia : the Watering Committee, agreeably to a resolution of Councils of the 2d of November last, have had a conference with the Committee of the Commissioners of Spring Garden, and have agreed with them, provisionally, to supply that district with the Schuylkill water, upon terms which will appear by the draft of the agreement, herewith submitted for the consideration of Councils / by order of the Watering Committee, Joseph S. Lewis, chairman.
