Vol. 5 is the continuation of Steele's paper edited by W. Harrison assisted by Jonathan Swift, and contains numbers 1-30, Jan. 13-Mar. 29, 1710 [i.e. 1711]; numbers 31-52, March 29-May 19, 1711. Predictions for the year 1708. The accomplishment of the first of Mr. Bickerstaff's predictions: being and account of the death of Mr. Partridge, the Almanack-maker...written in the year, 1708. A vindication of Isaac Bickerstaff, esq. against what is objected to him by Mr. Partridge,...1709.; A Grub-street elegy on the supposed death of Partridge...1708.

Reprint of 271 numbers, originally issued in folio, three times a week, April 12, 1709, to January 2, 1710 [i.e. 1711] About 188 numbers were by Steele, who also was the projector; 42 by Addison and 36 by them jointly.
