- An annual report from the directors to the stockholders of RCA. Contents include a letter by David Sarnoff to stockholders proposing a reduction of capital. The report itself discusses the effects of the economic depression, and how unemployment, the decrease in the purchasing power of many families and a decline in foreign exchange have had a significant effect upon the earnings of the company.
