Bennett, USN, Commandant of the Eight Naval District, is shown with the sponsors of the two PT boats launched at Higgins Industries, Inc., here Sunday as a part of the celebration of the Second Anniversary of the Women's Reserve of the United States Naval Reserve. The sponsors are Imogene Elliott, Yeoman fist class, of New Orleans, left, and Barbara Marie Gibson, Yeoman second class, of Oakland, Calif.
