Summary:
Description: The Capitol Building of the Province of Leyte. "First, the Philippines has its government, represented here by the Provincial Capitol building at Tacloban, Leyte. Here meet the law makers, officers of the government, courts etc., and it is from here that the people of Leyte are governed. This imposing building is one of many such to be found in the Philippine Island group, and is the center of all Filipino civic activity. The Filipinos, incidentally, have a healthy respect for their own kind, who have risen to positions of prominence in civic affairs. ".
