Description: Letter from Harold Schlegel, Camp Haan, California, to Mr. and Mrs. Oswin Moyer, Wescoesville, Pennsylvania. Harold tells his in-laws that he is getting used to camp life. Says he hasn't seen a mosquito yet, probably because it is too hot. Appreciates the picture of the garden that they sent him. Says he gets plenty to eat and nothing is rationed. Says they will be moving out to the desert to train in a few weeks.
