Summary:
Description: A Filipino man drives a two-wheeled, horse-drawn cart down a street. "A popular mode of conveyance in the Philippines are these two wheeled carts drawn by small horses or ponies. They are known as tartarillas, and on market days the roads are cluttered with them, loaded down with whole families. More often than not you will see the animal drawing the cart get balky and refuse to move at which time one of the men will get out and attempt to either cajole or force the animal to start up again.
