Description: Filipino men roast hogs as others look on. "Besides the water buffalo, and the many chickens which are to be found, the last main source of meat is the semi-wild hogs which roam unrestricted all over the islands. Here two of these are being prepared on a spit, for a family fiesta. This roasting process requires at least two hours, and the handle of the spit must be turned continuously during this time. ".
