The bulk of the maps are of different regions in France as well as European countries. Also included are maps of the Pacific Theater of Operations. Some of the maps include pinpoints made by Rickerson.;Military correspondence, certificates, souvenirs, photographs, newspaper clippings, and maps from the service of Roy Rickerson, who was in the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) in an Operational Group in North Africa, Italy, France, the Balkans, Germany, Norway, Burma, and China as a Tactics Instructor.The collection is arranged into four series: I. Military correspondence and documentation, August 1943-December 1952; Souvenirs, 1944-1945; Photographs and newspaper clippings, 1944-1945; and IV. Maps.
