Description: This series contains letters from Hudson Edmundson, multiple locations, to his sister, Mrs. Merdece Kiser, Kansas City, Missouri. The letters were written while Edmundson was stationed at Army Air Forces Technical Training Command, Miami Beach, Florida; Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York. Tyndall Field, Florida; Combined Allied Air Forces (CAAF), Clovis, New Mexico; and Chanting, China. Also included in the series is an envelope addressed to his mother, Mrs. Irene Edmundson. Pawhuska, Oklahoma.;Personal and military correspondence from the service of Staff Sergeant Hudson Edmundson, who served in the United States Army Air Force, 874th Bombardment Squadron, 498th Bombardment Group, 73rd Bombardment Wing, XX Bomber Command, Twentieth Air Force, in the Pacific Theatre of Operations.
