Description: Letter from Lt. B. B. Daigle, APO 952, to Mr. and Mrs. Etienne Daigle, Opelousas, Louisiana. Birdie thanks her parents for their letters. Played tennis. Had two turkey dinners on Thanksgiving; both were excellent. Mess hall decorated for the occasion. Sorry her father isn't doing any fishing. Asks her mother to send her her robe. Wants her sister to use her fur jacket for the winter. Appreciates the religious medal they sent- she is wearing it. Mentions hometown folks. Tells her father there is better fishing where she is than in one of his bayous.
