Summary:
Description: Pilot's log for Army Air Forces, issued to William A. Ruffin of New Orleans, Louisiana. Trained on PT-22, AT-9, AT-17, BT-15, B-25, and B-17 in the United States. Travelled to England via Newfoundland in July 1944, then flew B-17 practice flights. Flight log then lists training flights in the United States in 1945 and 1946, after Ruffin's return from the war. His thirty-five (35) combat flights are listed in the back of the book, from July 1944 through December 1945.
