Items include his registration card, a National Service Life Insurance form, Last Will and Testament, currency, and photographs.;Military correspondence, government correspondence, personal correspondence, photographs, and newspaper clippings from the service of Technical Sergeant Robert Charles Dvorak, who was killed in action while flying over Bremen, Germany, in the B-17 Flying Fortress, "Blind Date," with the 560th Bombardment Squadron, 388th Bombardment Group. The collection is arranged into five series: I. Documents and souvenirs from the service of Robert Dvorak, 1942-1943; II. Correspondence regarding the death of Robert Dvorak, 1943-1952; III. Documents regarding Edward Dvorak, 1939-1945; IV. Documents regarding the Dvorak family, 1936-1951; and V. Newspaper clippings, 1942-1951.
