- Description: This series consists of 10 newspaper clippings. All but one clipping were written during World War II. The majority of the articles focus on either Edward or Robert Dvorak.;Military correspondence, government correspondence, personal correspondence, photographs, and newspaper clippings from the service of Technical Sergeant Robert Charles Dvorak, who was killed in action while flying over Bremen, Germany, in the B-17 Flying Fortress, "Blind Date," with the 560th Bombardment Squadron, 388th Bombardment Group. The collection is arranged into five series: I. Documents and souvenirs from the service of Robert Dvorak, 1942-1943; II. Correspondence regarding the death of Robert Dvorak, 1943-1952; III.
