Lee, Democrat of Oklahoma from January 3, 1937, to January 3, 1943 and a member of the Civil Aeronautics Board from 1943 to 1955; the son of Bernard Baruch (first name unknown). Autographs by Lee 'To Eunice Armstrong with best regards, Josh Lee' and front; reverse 'Excuse me for writing on the beautiful table cloth, made by one of your sweet daughters.' Donor's grandmother was Eunice Armstrong.
