Photographs include a Naval portrait of Loring, serviceman diving and swimming off side of the USS Bismarck Sea, the USS Bismarck Sea mascot in life preserver, group portraits of servicemen on Pacific Islands, Naval servicemen eating sandwiches, a sign for "Mike’s New York Barber Shop," scenes of San Francisco, California, prison of Majuro Atoll in the Marshall Islands, African American servicemen dancing for white servicemen as entertainment, and the bow of the USS Bismarck Sea.
