Description: Letter from Vincente C. Ambeonia, Philippines, to Hamilton family, Albany, Louisiana. Vincente is happy that Chaplain Hamilton arrived home safely. Thanks him for the letter he sent. Appreciated his friendship while the Chaplain was in the Philippines. Thankful that the Army chapel was donated to his barrio. Vincente is working for the Department of Public Works and making four pesos per day. Wants to send a handkerchief that his wife made for Carroll's wife. Wonders how much a good watch should cost.
