- Description: This series consists of personal correspondence, from John Weinstock, to his parents in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. For the bulk of the correspondence, Weinstock is still stationed in Hawaii. In February 1945, he is back in the United States and sent to Ellington Field, Texas, in March. At the end of the correspondence, Weinstock discusses his plans to attended Harvard Business School.;Personal correspondence from the service of Lieutenant John Weinstock, who served as a navigator in the 98th Bombardment Squadron, 98th Bombardment Group in the Pacific Theater of Operations. Collection is divided into two series: I. Personal correspondence, October 1942-November 1944 and II. Personal correspondence, November 1944-September 1945.
