- This edition of 220 copies is set in 12-point Monotype Caslon and printed at Whittington on Sommerville laid paper. The tipped-in specimen pages are printed on Armatruda Amalfi hand-made paper in the same Caslon types as the originals, and the two facsimile broadsides are printed by lithography on Colorplan China White paper at Burgess & Son. 200 copies are quarter-bound in Fell Buckram with decorated paper sides, and 20 copies are bound in full goatskin with Whittington marbled endpapers, by Smith Settle & Co. Printed completed May 1984"--colophon page.
